Considering the experiences of its founders in the field of supplying different types of nylon and nylex films and the need of region, Alborz Plast Production Co was established in 1980 taking agreement in principles license and limited production in a small workshop in Alborz industrial city.
It took establishment license in 1982 at the same time with the increase of infrastructure of production salons and warehouse and the increase of production machinery and at the same time with the production of different types of nylon and nylex films for public use, it entered the field of producing different types of agricultural nylon films and also wide nylons including agricultural and public use, that considering the ever increasing need of farmers for self-sufficiency of agricultural products, this company has made its effort in this regard and could play a significant role in the development of agriculture for our dear country Iran.
During the early years after the imposed war of Iraq against Iran and considering the period of construction and movement towards industrialization, this company considered it necessary to supply the needs of different types of necessary films of different industries in country besides agricultural consumptions and also it renewed the managerial structure of company in 1994 and took production license in the same year aiming at cutting the import of different types of industrial nylons which is mainly supplied still from foreign countries considering the high volume of producers.
In this year with the increase of capital and the expansion of production salons and the preparation of new machinery up to 1996, this company could achieve a high volume of production so that in this year it has covered 100% bottle glasses, 100% cement export and 100% different types of industrial powders export and all tile and ceramic factories of the region and a part of country and supplied a large volume of the need to different types of consumable liner nylons of sack weaving companies as petrochemical complexes contracting party. Considering the ever increasing expansion of productions and the diversity of different types of industrial productions and the need of market, this complex has taken a measure to establish one of the another largest production units of country in this regard.
Taking establishment license, the new company called Parsian Polymer Alborz Production Co was established in 2005 in a ground with 10.000 m2 located in Alborz industrial city.
Considering useful experiences and technical knowledge of founders and management of this complex, the most diverse and the newest technologies were established in this unit so that this company can respond to the widest needs of the country. Consequently Parsian Polymer Alborz Co could take production license in a wide range of productions in 2006.
This complex has adapted itself with today's technologies, interacting with the biggest manufacturers of packaging devices in the world for example, the manufacturers of shrink pack devices and shrink palletizer devices and stretch roll devices SML achieving the technical knowledge of productions and has positioned itself among the most powerful producers of country importing up to date and high quality machinery.
Among these productions are wide agricultural nylons and monolayer and multiplayer shrink pack in different widths and also palletizer shrink pack nylons and stretch hood palletizer nylons which use advanced palletizer packaging devise like MSK Germany, Muller Germany, Rozetti Italy and stretch roll SML and also nylon for automatic lines in different dimensions and sizes for different uses including packaging home appliances and packaging different types of industrial productions and also nylon roll FFS for packaging different types of petrochemical productions.
Enjoying 24 production lines in different types and sizes and also attracting efficient, expert and skillful human forces and up to dating technical knowledge aiming pioneering in this industry, this industrial complex has been able to enrich our country in imports, this complex considers it necessary to represent useful and constructive consultation services to make the packaging of Iran industrial products better to fulfill its national Islamic duty.
As well as supplying the need of different internal industries, this complex has paid a special attention to the export of its products so that it has had several export cargoes so far and now it is taking technical knowledge license from one of the biggest producers of the world in Germany Also it has recently imported a stretch production device from Austria with an American five layer mold which is able to produce one ton per hour with high quality
